HOW TO MAKE THIS EFFECT (Overlapping gifs): PS: I will not be explaining how to make a gif. I’ll assume that anyone who reads this tutorial knows how to make a basic gif. PS #2: I use Adobe Photoshop cs5. I don’t know if other programs work the same and/or have the same tools. STEP 1: We’re going to have two seperate gifs - which should both have the same number of layers....
